Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Eligible, unworn merchandise with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Start your return by contacting customer service HERE.

A prepaid return label may be provided and an $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Third-Party Purchases

Items purchased from another retailer must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to that retailer’s policy.

If You Change Your Mind

• Pack the merchandise securely with the original packing slip.
• Keep your carrier receipt and tracking number.
• Allow up to 10 business days after delivery for inspection and processing.

Fragrance, beauty, swimwear, personalized items and final-sale merchandise are not returnable unless damaged or defective.
